Idris is forty-one. He has launched four companies. Two of them survived past the third year; the others were good enough on the launch night that he assumed they would, and they didn't. He has, in the last eighteen months, hired a chief operating officer who is constitutionally everything he is not, and the most boring year of his career so far has been, in revenue terms, the best.
